I will not send the HD version of the image until it has been paid in full.

I will send you the full sized image. And unless you tell me not to, I will post the lower quality on my social media accounts. (dA, FB, so on.)

I can give you WIPs, just tell me. Since most of my commissions are on a smaller scale, I usually do them in one go / without WIPs.

If you do not give me a deadline, I will do it on my own pace.

Please let me know upfront if there is a deadline!

Price may increase depending on the complexity of your request.

Revisions will result in additional fees. If it's a mistake I made, it will be free.

You may cancel your commission at any time and a partial refund will be given to you, depending on how much I've done already. If I have not yet started the commission, you will receive a full refund.

You cannot ask for a refund once I've finished the artwork.

You cannot sell my product, modified or otherwise, for the purposes of commerce, including but not limited to: NFTs or other digitally exclusive means.

You are not allowed to use my work to gain profit in any way, unless you pay for the commercial fee.

However merchandise/products created for personal use are allowed.

You may upload work done for you anywhere as long as you credit me, mprincekane.

For streaming models & design (PNG, Live2D, Vroid), always credit me on your platforms.

You may edit my work without my permission as long as you still give me credit for the original.

You may not edit my work for anything hateful. Including but not limited to racism, homophobia, so on.

You CAN NOT take out my signature/watermark.

I have full rights over my artwork. I can use it to advertise myself and so on. I will not use your commission for profit, however.
